1. About these terms
These terms govern use of HarvestDesk, a workspace for mission organisations provided by HarvestDesk ("we", "us"). By creating or using a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
2. Your workspace
- Each organisation has its own private workspace. Your administrators decide who has access and what each person can see.
- You are responsible for keeping sign-in details safe and for the actions of people you invite.
- Your subscription package sets the number of staff seats, Smart Assists and features available.
3. Your data
- Everything your organisation stores — partners, gifts, prayer requests, staff and pastoral records — belongs to your organisation.
- We only use it to provide the service. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
- You can export your data at any time and on leaving.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use HarvestDesk to send unsolicited bulk messages, store unlawful content, attempt to access other organisations' data, or disrupt the service.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid packages are billed in advance for the agreed billing cycle. Invoices are payable within 30 days. We may suspend a workspace after 30 days of non-payment, with notice.
6. Availability and support
We aim for 99.5% monthly availability, excluding planned maintenance announced in advance. Support is provided by email and through the in-app support desk.
7. Ending the service
Either party may end a subscription at the end of a billing cycle with 30 days' notice. After closure we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it.
8. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to organisation administrators at least 30 days in advance.
